You’ll play a vital role in keeping the gears of the Capital Factory turning so that we deliver value every day for our entrepreneurs and our partners. Your work will enable success across key teams including our corporate and government partners, workplace, and events – all designed to help make connections that matter for our entrepreneurs.

Requirements

What you will do…

• Project management in Asana 
• Organize contracts in PandaDoc
• Update event deliverables in Hubspot
• Manage schedules, prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and follow-up
• Develop newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, dashboards, and playbooks
• Event planning 
• Administrative support

• The trains run on time. Projects and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Meetings are productive because everyone is prepared in advance and they have a clear agenda and objectives.
• Other people on the team come to you to solve problems because they see you as a resource, not a roadblock.
• Events that you manage are well attended with industry leading feedback and ratings
• You give back time to leadership by taking meetings off their calendars 

About you…

• You love the details, and excel in tracking project milestones ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

• You anticipate potential challenges and proactively seek solutions before issues escalate. You demonstrate initiative, taking ownership of tasks and independently resolving operational gaps.

• You have graphic design experience and can make professional, detail-oriented presentations

• You are a documentor. You make lists and spreadsheets.
• You are a problem solver. You look for ways to make things work better and how to turn chaos into systems.
• You are organized and plan ahead, but you don’t get stressed out when things change at the last minute… because they will. You roll with it.
• You check your email in the evenings and are available to work during evening events and over the weekends when there is a tight deadline. You do what it takes to get the job done.

• You have a reliable laptop computer & smartphone that you are comfortable using for work.

• You plan to stay in Texas for at least two years.

• We are available to work at CF House during SXSW (Spring Break), DREAMCON (one week long staff summits twice a year), and Austin Tech Week.
• We get to Inbox Zero every day.
