What You Will Do
At VistaPrint, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Sr. Financial Analyst Europe, you will partner with the EU Marketing and EU Category Experience team to lead financial analyses and modeling, drive financial insights and accountability for the business, and support operational decision making. This is a key role within VistaPrint that will help shape the future of the company and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in Spain and report to the FP&A Director Europe & PPAG.
- Proactively evaluate the results of operations, monitor trends, review country & product profitability, assess risks & opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Partner with the EU Marketing and EU Category Experience teams on the assessment and measurement of business and strategic investment performance within their organization.
- Perform financial modeling for key decisions such as price & discount changes, customer profitability, and marketing investments.
- Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the EU organization.
- Present and communicate to all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting).
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated skills in performing sophisticated financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of P&Ls and profitability drivers.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel, advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required, additional language(s) a plus.
