Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. You will report to the CFO and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, improving internal controls, managing the close process, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is excited to build and scale financial systems and processes.

What You'll Do

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and cash flow management.
Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a fast-scaling SaaS business.
Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and tools.
Work cross-functionally with FP&A, RevOps, and other departments to support budgeting, financial accuracy and transparency.
Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure proper treatment and documentation of SaaS-specific revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Build a team over time.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 1-2 years in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Strong knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Experience with accounting software and a general tech-savvy mindset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing new ERP or financial systems.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier firm).
