Role: Sales Development Representative

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, US-based or overlapping with US business hours.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

About the Company:

We're developing a high-impact healthcare management organization dedicated to improving access to specialty care across the U.S., with an initial focus on California. Our early efforts target primary care and house call practices that can benefit from enhanced specialty support. Led by physicians and driven by a strong mission, we operate at the crossroads of healthcare innovation and intelligent systems.

Role Overview:

As our first full-time Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our growth strategy. Your main focus will be outbound prospecting and early lead qualification, while also contributing to special projects and team operations as we expand.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify primary care and house call practices in California
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls with the founder
  • Maintain and update the CRM (training and access provided)
  • Participate in 2–3 weekly team check-in calls (30 minutes each)
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Format and organize clinical protocol documents using provided content
  • Assist in structuring internal files and templates for team efficiency
  • Support special projects as needed—flexibility is key in our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Previous experience as a B2B SDR, ideally in healthcare or with provider groups
  • Confident in making cold calls and following up persistently
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Bonus: Experience formatting documents in Word, Canva, or Google Docs
