Job description

Our client is an apparel group specializing in the distribution of leading global intimate apparel, nightwear/loungewear and ready to wear brands in Australia and New Zealand. The groups brand partnerships and proprietary labels incorporate some of Europe, USA, and Australia’s best-known premium brands in both Men’s and Women’s categories. Our client has built a dedicated team that manages the complete distribution effort and has built an established network of sales representatives throughout Australia & New Zealand. They possess deep relationships with all major department store groups and more than 200 specialty boutiques.   

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for the order management, including entering sales orders, arrange shipments from suppliers and supports the wholesales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ETDs for Orders, support in entering sales orders, and working with sales coordinator to ensure no out-date-orders exist in Cin7. Transferring orders to the warehouse Monitor ETDs for Orders, support in entering sales orders, and working with sales coordinator to ensure no out-date-orders exist in Cin7. Transferring orders to the warehouse and making sure they are delivered on time, obtain PODS for the sales orders.
  • Send Invoices and tracking details to wholesale customer for AU/NZ/US
  • Arrange shipments from suppliers, choose the cost-effective shipping method, LCL, FCL, Air, Express and up-date the shipment tracker.
  • Daily checking all Pos and making sure they are all coming on time, otherwise advise Brand manager or Christian which customers are affected by the PO delay
  • Sending Marketplace shipping labels to the warehouse on time, and making sure the orders are dispatched in the Marketplace on time
  • Customer service regards the logistics.
  • Organize fortnightly shipments to NZ.
  • Supporting the wholesale team.
  • Other Ad Hoc tasks.
  • Assisting and supporting the team during the sales period as 260 sample (creating labels for deliveries or returns)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experienced working in fashion industry, retail and wholesale is advantageous but not required.
  • An energetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Has ability to solve problems independently
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Process driven, strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiar with ERP/Inventory management systems (Cin7 would be ideal but not essential)
  • Familiar with inventory movement (stock in, out, and movement between different branches, locations, adjustments) preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST) (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Ph time, inclusive of 1-hour break)
