1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role. Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP and TikTok. Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.

Core responsibilities:

Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked. Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation. Support the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking. Coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals. Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports. Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination. Organize and maintain creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools. Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates. Monitor and manage social media inboxes and Google reviews for multiple clients. Respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews professionally and in line with brand tone. Escalate client feedback or complex inquiries to relevant internal teams. Liaise with content and creative teams to ensure timely campaign delivery. Provide support for event coordination and content shoot logistics as required.
