Key Responsibilities
Renew and Expand: Maintain and grow relationships within your current customer base, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deliver even greater value with our cutting-edge CE solutions.
New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to fuel ongoing growth and market share expansion.
Customer Relationship Management: Stay engaged with clients post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction, turning each interaction into a positive and productive partnership.
Product Feedback and Collaboration: Provide valuable feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement, enhancing our offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market trends, compiling actionable insights to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
Travel and Networking: Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings, further strengthening our reputation as a trusted market leader.
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise: You bring at least 5 years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build strong client relationships.
Strong Industry Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the healthcare market and dynamics with a deep knowledge of the clinical effectiveness landscape.
Communication Excellence: Fluent in Swedish/Finnish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You can confidently interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: You possess the ability to plan and execute an effective territory/account strategy, leveraging available resources to maximize impact.
