Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a key role in developing data strategies, optimizing data systems, and driving the strategic growth of our data environment. Your responsibilities will include creating Power BI dashboards, supporting operational processes, and ensuring stakeholders have access to the insights they need.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Functional and technical design of BI solutions including user interfaces, data architecture and processing including data marts/warehouses/OLAP cubes development from scratch as well as existing solutions support 
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Day-to-day interaction with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and DBAs to define proper requirements and propose solutions that fit business needs 
• Collect, analyze, and present business data and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Define and maintain precise, well-structured business metrics for performance tracking.
• Reconcile data between multiple data sources to avoid data discrepancies 
• Support end of periods closure processes 
• Communicate effectively across departments covering business intelligence and analytics topics, provide user trainings, presentations and perform documentation tasks 

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 4+ years of working experience in related roles 
• Proven business acumen, ability to merge technical and business requirements into solutions that can be consumed by various deps and managements is required 
• Strong technical skills in the areas of database design, SQL (T-SQL), OLAP– Multidimensional/Tabular and PowerBI 
• Experience in database technology, architectures, ETL, data warehouses, OLAP cubes development, data modelling patterns and analytical processes (governance, measurement, etc.) 
• Good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems 
• Knowledge of business metrics related to both subscription and perpetual-based product 
• Experience with technical specifications development and requirements gathering 
• Experience working with complex and varied data sources data sets
• Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
