Job description

Overview:

We are seeking to fill the role of Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box used by vendors and other departments for notifications of violations, invoices, inspections, etc.
• Complete monthly vendor scorecards for vendors.
• Prepare daily reports to inform vendors when to cease work on accounts and initiate post-sale securing.
• Request and collect W9 forms from utility companies as needed for invoicing.
• Review utility invoices.
• Ensure utility services are discontinued, and final invoices are requested when properties are sold on a second chance basis.
• Process incoming physical mail.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing.
• Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry and/or in-depth knowledge of the conveyance claims process and property preservation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate information, effectively communicate with vendors and team members.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Work Conditions 

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
