Overview:
We are seeking to fill the role of Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
Responsibilities:• Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box used by vendors and other departments for notifications of violations, invoices, inspections, etc.
• Complete monthly vendor scorecards for vendors.
• Prepare daily reports to inform vendors when to cease work on accounts and initiate post-sale securing.
• Request and collect W9 forms from utility companies as needed for invoicing.
• Review utility invoices.
• Ensure utility services are discontinued, and final invoices are requested when properties are sold on a second chance basis.
• Process incoming physical mail.
• All other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing.
• Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry and/or in-depth knowledge of the conveyance claims process and property preservation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate information, effectively communicate with vendors and team members.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Keen eye for accuracy, capable of identifying errors or inconsistencies, and ensuring that all tasks are performed meticulously, maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of work.
