The Role
As Addepar continues to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing Recruiting team. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Product & Engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to craft and execute effective recruiting strategies. From sourcing to offer, you’ll be the go-to expert for attracting top technical talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Product & Engineering.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track and meet hiring goals in a metric-driven environment.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns, events, and outreach to grow talent communities.
  • Help evolve our recruiting practices and contribute to team-wide projects and process improvements.
