Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our online music and podcast services, providing solutions and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on service features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for music and podcasts.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
