Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Shopping Platforms Department. This position allows you to join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers on leading online platforms.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and troubleshooting shopping issues on the platform.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Guide customers through the online purchasing process and provide clear instructions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online platform features, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
