  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform features to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
