We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of bringing structure to our COO's fast-paced workday. The ideal candidate will align with our company's Core Values:

This role requires someone who can manage tasks efficiently, stay on top of priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Email and Calendar Management
  • Supporting with document creation and distribution across teams
  • Drafting Slack messages
  • Team support (e.g., booking team events, gifts for employee appreciation)
  • Travel booking and administrative support
  • Client-related tasks, including triaging inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings
  • Helping manage our COO's to-do list

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and structured to help maintain priorities
  • Able to provide structure and be assertive when needed
  • Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software
  • Strong written communication skills and able to communicate openly and directly
  • Independent and able to take ownership of tasks without step-by-step instructions
  • Assertive but professional in following up on tasks
  • A fast thinker with problem-solving skills, able to anticipate needs
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and last-minute changes
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information

Experience with the following tools is a plus!

  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Excel or Sheets
  • PowerPoint or Google Slides

Position Details

  • This is a remote W2 employee position
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental/Vision, PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K (3% match)
  • The position will be 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST
  • The pay rate is $25/hr USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • Were looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
