If you are fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and have a love for literature and customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding book orders, product information, and account issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A passion for books and literature is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive team player.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
