We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our team and contribute to our continued growth.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. You will assist in managing client inquiries, coordinating orders, and supporting marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about design, furniture, and sales with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the owner and sales team in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding clients through the purchasing process
  • Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support client relationship management by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and managing databases
  • Collaborate with marketing to help execute promotions, events, and social media initiatives
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer purchases
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. English proficiency is essential as clients are based in the US.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in furniture, design, or luxury goods is a plus). 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for design and furniture with an understanding of luxury clientele
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
