Key Responsibilities:

Assist the owner and sales team in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding clients through the purchasing process
Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Support client relationship management by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and managing databases
Collaborate with marketing to help execute promotions, events, and social media initiatives
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer purchases
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials
