The Role

Lark is seeking a talented Marketing Automation Associate to join our growing team. This role requires deep hands-on execution within our marketing automation platform, spending the majority of your time building, optimizing, and managing campaigns to ensure seamless customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to build, test, and improve marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution;
    • Build and launch automated enrollment and engagement campaigns across various marketing channels to increase engagement, conversion, and retention
    • Partner with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Consumer Marketing team to support ongoing optimization and contribute to our in-house marketing expertise
  • Strategy and Collaboration;
    • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and engineering to align automation strategies with broader business objectives
    • Collaborate with creative teams for content creation and deployment
    • Develop and maintain segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized content to the right audiences at the right time
  • Testing and Optimization;
    • Execute A/B tests and other experiments to refine and improve lifecycle marketing campaigns
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Platform Management;
    • Help maintain marketing automation best practices, including data hygiene, segmentation logic, and integration with other systems
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns and automation tools, and collaborate with internal teams or vendors to implement solutions.
What You’ll Need

  • Experienced with the Braze marketing automation platform
  • Understanding of SQL, HTML, and Liquid Logic
  • Proficiency in using data to guide decisions, with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for process improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations/automation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role
