About This Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to drive sales of ERP and Business solutions to mid-market to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software solutions, strong relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of ERP and Business landscapes. This role is instrumental in expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and exceeding revenue goals. You will be representing the full Net at Work ecosystem of products supported by Product Specialists and Subject Matter Experts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in ERP and Business solutions.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client business needs and present tailored ERP and Business solutions to solve complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of ERP, or business software.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage) and IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and engaging with demographically diverse clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation And Benefits

Base hourly rate range: $33.65.

This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
