We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, creating opportunities for our sales team, and being the first point of contact for prospective clients.

What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors. Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media to spark interest in NikoHealth’s solutions
Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations to understand potential customers’ challenges and qualify leads for the sales team
Pipeline Building: Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handoff
CRM Management: Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support campaigns, provide feedback, and enhance lead generation efforts
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate NikoHealth’s value proposition
What You’ll Bring
1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
