Newtek One is looking for a Sales Account Executive.

The Sales Account Executive is a multifaceted role that combines sales responsibilities with administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently manage client accounts while also handling various administrative functions to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.

Sales Account Management

Essential Functions & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, training and requests.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Get more business out of existing/dormant partners.
  • Have regular touch-points with accounts to ensure our partners know our value proposition and depth of our service offerings
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as directed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as answering general partner request inquiries and processing paperwork.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on products, promotions, and company developments.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year
