Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Senior .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver with strong technical skills, great communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience coding .NET solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, Razor, Blazor).
  • 3+ years of experience programming with C# and applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SaaS products.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience architecting solutions and designing scalable data models.
  • 3+ years of experience using:
    • Azure Portal and Azure Emulators.
    • JetBrains Rider, LinqPad, Postman, PowerShell, Sentry, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code.
    • Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Figma, and FigJam.

Job Accountabilities

Solution Design – Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making.
Coding – Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Testing – Ensure software quality through unit testing and debugging.
Code Review – Provide and receive feedback on code to improve overall development quality.
Backlog Grooming & Sprint Planning – Work closely with the team to estimate and plan sprint tasks.
Root Cause Analysis Meetings – Investigate and resolve software issues efficiently.
Branch Maintenance – Manage source control, branches, and versioning.
Hot Fix Releases – Rapidly address and deploy fixes for critical issues.
Sprint Retrospectives – Participate in post-sprint reviews to improve future development cycles.
Performing Major Releases – Support the deployment of major software updates.
Reviewing Quarterly Roadmaps – Align with long-term development goals and upcoming initiatives.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

➕ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Rackspace Cloud.
➕ Background in healthcare or software development industries.
➕ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
