Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers requesting roadside assistance.
  • Evaluate client needs and coordinate the appropriate response from service providers.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients throughout the service process.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely and effective assistance delivery.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests for quality assurance.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify and implement service improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a support or operational role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance processes is advantageous.
  • Must be based in Greece and available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
