Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.
  • Assess client needs and efficiently coordinate responses from service providers.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
  • Collaborate with service partners to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests for quality assurance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related support role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance processes is advantageous.
  • Must be based in Greece and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
