Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for various electronic devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing effective solutions to inquiries.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage instructions as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to convey customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Create helpful documentation and resources to empower customers in using their products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and customer service best practices.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is advantageous.
