Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for various electronic devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing effective solutions to inquiries.
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage instructions as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to convey customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
Create helpful documentation and resources to empower customers in using their products.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success.
Familiarity with electronic devices and customer service best practices.
