Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients regarding their payments and online transactions through various channels.
  • Provide clear, helpful, and prompt responses to clients’ questions and concerns.
  • Educate clients on platform features and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Identify and document client feedback to improve services and platform features.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues that clients may encounter.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the technology or finance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of online payment systems and e-commerce.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for researching solutions.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
