Requirements

  • Proficient in any Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience with CRM systems and technical support platforms.
