- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve customer support capabilities.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing support processes and overall customer experience.
- Support and mentor new team members during their onboarding process.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not required.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards new technologies and processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
