Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, including issues and solutions provided.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to share knowledge and enhance service quality.
  • Keep updated with product innovations and technical enhancements to assist clients accurately.
  • Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your technical skills and service capabilities.

Requirements
