Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and technologies.
  • Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service and product improvements.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Proven technical skills and an eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferable.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service.
  • Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
