Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for German-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.
  • Assess client needs and effectively coordinate responses from service providers.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients throughout the service process.
  • Collaborate with service partners to ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions and service requests accurately for quality assurance.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote support role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Keen familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance processes is advantageous.
  • Based in Greece and available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
