Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively respond to client inquiries, providing timely solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continual improvement.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand our services and tools.
  • Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about our products and best customer support practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
