Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
