Job description

  • Strategic Sourcing and Talent Mapping
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various platforms and networks.
    • Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Build and Maintain Candidate Relationships
    • Engage with potential candidates, nurturing relationships through regular communication and networking efforts.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting Berry Virtual and MedVirtual's brand and value proposition to potential candidates.
  • Collaboration and Team Support
    • Partner closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment process.
    • Support the team in various recruitment initiatives, contributing to a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Database Maintenance
    • Keep all handled candidates' profile and CRM entries up-to-date

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and staffing candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication.
  • Talent acquisition experience within a staffing agency is a plus!
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
