We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workforce Consultant with a strong background in workforce consulting and a track record of delivering effective workforce strategies. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
