Position Overview

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and support our legal operations on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a legal related position and is looking to gain experience in-house within a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our General Counsel and legal team.
  • Help maintain and organise legal records, documentation, and contract management systems.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR) on legal matters.
  • Offer clear explanations of legal terms and specifications to all departments.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in all legal matters.
  • Stay abreast of legislative changes and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law/Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Appetite to work on different kind of legal matter in a multinational work environment
  • Excellent command of English and German (C1/C2).
