What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced BI Senior Analyst with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and excellent proficiency in integrating, automating, and visualizing business data. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across various business domains, including sales, marketing, finance, and product.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed dashboards and reports covering sales metrics as well as broader business KPIs.
• Integrating multiple data sources, notably Stripe and HubSpot, to ensure accurate and comprehensive datasets.
• Automating data processes and integrating AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and drive advanced analytics, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
• Creating insightful, interactive dashboards and actionable reports using visual tools.
• Collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and engineering to deliver strategic insights.
• Ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and integrity across analytics and reporting activities.
• Conducting financial modelling to support strategic planning when required.

What Skills and Experience Will Be Useful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance / Accounting, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in BI, ideally within technology or SaaS.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar and Excel (complex formulas, macros, power query, data modelling).
• Demonstrated experience in data integration and automation with platforms like Stripe and HubSpot.
• Experience or familiarity with Python or similar programming languages for advanced data analysis.
• Any prior proof-of-concept (POC) experience with AI tools would be beneficial.
