Job Description

As the Learner Support and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and exceptional learner assistance. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the Training, Accreditation, Events, and B2B teams.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and learner information.
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries professionally.
  • Managing data entry and upkeep of student management, learner management, and CRM systems.
  • Preparing and distributing training materials and resources.
  • Generating training reports, including enrolment, results, and completion summaries.
  • Monitoring and managing shared inboxes, triaging queries appropriately.
  • Organizing and processing documentation, including spreadsheets and forms.
  • Supporting learners with issues related to the learner management system (e.g., assessment submissions).
  • Providing assistance with learner enrollments and issuing invoices.
  • Developing supporting materials for training products and services.
  • Offering administrative support in planning and coordinating events.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Learner Support and Admin Officer supporting Australian clients
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Proven experience in an administration support role.
  • High-level communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with data entry and management of systems such as Student Management Systems (SMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or CRM platforms.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Previous experience working for an RTO or within a learning development environment.
  • Familiarity and experience with systems such as VETrak, Moodle, and Salesforce.
  • Background in sales, partnerships, or event coordination.
  • Understanding of the healthcare or professional services sector.
