Job description

SWATX is on the lookout for an Acquisition Specialist with expertise in both traditional and digital acquisition strategies. This pivotal role will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns to attract and retain clients across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and digital marketing tools to effectively drive growth.

Responsibilities:

•       Design and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.

•       Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform acquisition tactics.

•       Manage and optimize digital acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

•       Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition efforts.

•       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.

•       Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to enhance acquisition strategies.

•       Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to expand acquisition opportunities.

•       Oversee the development of acquisition content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.

•       Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in acquisition and digital marketing.

Requirements

•       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•       3-5 years of experience in acquisition marketing, focusing on digital channels.

•       Proven track record of successfully executing acquisition campaigns.

•       Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

•       Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems.
