Job description

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners and clientele to build new revenue streams for the company. This candidate must have experience working with US based Direct clients with respect to New Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, Revenue generation and Business Development and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Role and responsibilities. 

  • The candidate must have a minimum 3 years of experience working with US based Direct clients with respect to New Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, Revenue generation and Business Development in the US IT Staffing Industry 
  • This role is heavily focused on pitching and selling our Staffing services to Fortune 1000 Clients 
  • Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Direct Clients 
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by offering the company’s services to new customers. 
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new client business. 
  • Take a lead role in developing and creating new corporate alliances and partnerships and nurturing existing clients for long-term relationships. 
  • Must have Sales, Revenue Recognition, Marketing, Advertising, Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation skills 
  • Successful track record in building, securing, and maintaining business partners. 
  • Identify trends in business and customer needs and works towards specific goals and targets. 
  • Expertise in end-to-end management - acquiring, placing, and retaining resources. 
  • Proven ability in placement – bringing in requirements, identifying resources, following up with customers, and closing the position in the shortest time possible 
  • Must work CST hours. 


Requirements
  • T​otal 8+ Years of Experience 
  • 5+ years of experience selling staffing services, acquiring new clients in US IT Staffing Industry 
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development in US IT Staffing Industry 
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by offering the company’s services to new customers. 
  • Excellent communication, behavioral and negotiation skills 
  • Attention to detail and quality results. 
  • Self-driven and focused on providing excellent customer service. 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with good team management skills
