Who are we looking for

We are currently seeking a Partner Development Manager who can contribute to Wildix's expansion by co-selling and managing existing and new Channel C-Level Relationships with VAR’s, Systems Integrators or MSP’s and collaborating with the team to speed up the onboarding process of our new Partners across the USA market.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Co-sell with our partners to their opportunities by leveraging our sales methodology and supporting resources.
  • Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Manage your partners and their opportunities efficiently via SFDC to reflect a clean and accurate pipeline
  • Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships and opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
  • Maintain an accurate and healthy sales funnel with your partners so that you can forecast your expected business on a regular basis
  • Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
  • Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
  • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
  • Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
  • Traveling regularly for business needs
