Job description

We are seeking a motivated, sales-centric and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our PCRK Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate screenings via phone.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate job postings on various platforms.
  • Support the recruitment team with hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials, including job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them informed of their status throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
