Data Maintenance Director
Location: Remote
Salary: $120-180k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified Data Maintenance Director to ensure IT architectural integrity & functions as the interface between systems developers & technical staff. This resource must have deep knowledge & understanding of how IT data processes flow in and out of the data warehouse. This role will take charge of providing coordination, oversight, & leadership for the analysis department.

Responsibilities:

Planning and designing IT architecture & infrastructure frameworks,
Aligning departments with successful IT approaches aligned with the end clients mission, goals, & business processes.
Implementing, documenting, & assessing current state issues and forecasting issues for proper data maintenance and mitigation procedures.
Management of IT support analyst team with providing a roadmap for successful data operation health.

Serve as a business requirements analyst, responsible for investigating, understanding, describing, and documenting requirements.
Lead and oversee the help desk and provide training.
Manage Takeover activities.
Point of contact for ad-hoc special project requests.
Coordinate with the Data Warehouse Analysts, team members, and DHCS staff to establish priorities.
Monitor resource allocations, schedules, and completion times.

Must Have:

4 years FTE of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
2 years FTE experience in a lead capacity performing broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or IT engineering field.
Possess a valid PMP from the Project Management Institute
3 years of FTE experience with any State or Federal Agency that administers MediCal or Medicaid programs.

Nice to Have:

5 years of FTE experience working in MediCal health administration management.
5 years of FTE experience at a senior level overseeing maintenance and operations projects that include staff management, project management, & training.
