Our client, a US-based performance marketing agency specializing in direct-to-consumer brands, is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to manage and optimize client ad campaigns. This role is essential for driving digital marketing success through strategic execution and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization across Meta and other digital platforms.
  • Develop media strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor pacing and performance to maximize efficiency and meet budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, track, and launch ad assets effectively.
  • Provide insight-driven reporting and strategic recommendations to clients and senior team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably focused on conversions.
  • Strong foundation in eCommerce marketing with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in project management and communication tools like Slack, ClickUp, and G-Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok and Pinterest advertising.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, performance reporting, and client communication.
  • Ability to identify industry trends and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
