In this key role, you will oversee all aspect of Fortinet’s relationship with our Distribution partners, this inc overseeing all Channel Business transacting via our Distribution partners as well as enabling and supporting our Distributors to drive our SMB sector growth. You will Develop and Manage key relationships with Executive level and day-to-day business leaders, co-create, implement, and execute annual Business and Marketing plans to drive business across all Fortinet Sales Business Units and Fortinet Solutions. Coordinate with internal groups (Finance, shipping & receiving, AP, Legal, Sales, Engineering etc.), managing Distribution Purchase Orders, Inventory planning and Forecasting. Serve as a lead contact to initiate, assist, and support activities associated with all Channel Segments – Channel sales, Service Provider, Large Enterprise, Enterprise, and SMB Sales team opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Implement annual Business & Marketing plans, maintaining and measuring Quarterly, to drive incremental growth, achieve goals and exceed quota.
Conduct Quarterly business reviews across key metrics, KPI’s and lead indicators with your Distribution partners with all stakeholders (internal and external) in attendance.
Manage, maintain and report weekly on your Distribution partners forecasts inc their key deal insights.
Serves as lead contact responsible for all day-to-day business operations between your Distribution partners and Fortinet.
Works closely with all Fortinet Sales teams (Channel, Service Provider, Large Enterprise, Enterprise, and SMB Sales teams) to manage pipeline opportunities, recruit & identify new partners and opportunities through you Distribution partners.
Develop and Manage relationships with key executives, decision makers, influencers at your Distribution partners.
Manages Inventory levels and advises product forecasts for your Distribution partners.
Travel and Support you Distribution partners at Channel events.
Required Skills:
5+ years in successful Distribution & Channel experience.
Proven track record in managing key Distribution Channel relationships.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated, independent thinker who excels at multi-tasking.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in networking and or cyber security industry
