As an Account Manager you should you have a successful experience in a sales role related to professional audio and lighting technologies in the entertainment, events, and integration market. You must be able to organize and manage product presentations, discuss installation and usage projects with your customers such as integrators, retailers, and rental companies.
These are your tasks:
Your focus is on sales support and advice with a high level of technical knowledge and support for customers in the areas of audio equipment.
Develop new and existing customer relations with a strong ability to listen, assess and provide best quality service.
You accept challenges, analyse them, and discuss commercial and technical issues with the customer to identify possible solutions based on our service and product portfolio.
You qualify customer inquiries, advise customers, and bring sales projects to a conclusion.
Represent the company in your area at exhibitions, customer events, company events and international fairs.
