💻 The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDR Manager to lead and develop our Business Development Representative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving outbound sales strategies, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills to optimize prospecting efforts and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed pipeline generation targets.

  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to increase prospect engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.

  • Ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities and optimize workflows.

  • Establish and refine BDR playbooks, scripts, and cadences for lead generation and qualification.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance conversion rates.

  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture, recognizing achievements and driving professional development.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine prospecting strategies.
