We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDR Manager to lead and develop our Business Development Representative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving outbound sales strategies, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills to optimize prospecting efforts and drive revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed pipeline generation targets.
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to increase prospect engagement.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
Ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities and optimize workflows.
Establish and refine BDR playbooks, scripts, and cadences for lead generation and qualification.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance conversion rates.
Foster a positive and motivated team culture, recognizing achievements and driving professional development.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine prospecting strategies.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation management, preferably in the e-commerce industry within a startup environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of scaling BDR teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
