About the Role

We are seeking a remote non-IT Recruiter to handle bulk hiring and BPO recruitment across India. This role requires expertise in high-volume hiring and field recruitment. The ideal candidate should be able to source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently using various recruitment channels.



Job Details
  • Domain: Staffing & Recruitment
  • Location: PAN India (Permanent Work-from-Home)
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 (Fixed) + PF + ESIC
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment – Managing the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Bulk Hiring for BPO & Sales Roles – Handling recruitment for BPO, telesales, telemarketing, and customer support positions.
Field Hiring – Conducting on-ground recruitment based on business requirements.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management – Utilizing job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract candidates.
Candidate Experience – Ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process for all applicants.

Location: Must be currently residing in India.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment.
Field Hiring Expertise: Prior experience in on-ground recruitment is preferred.
Sourcing Skills: Ability to leverage multiple sourcing platforms to attract quality candidates.
