What you’ll do: 

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Continually build a pipeline of new business and follow through on assigned leads
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during fast-moving and complex sales cycles
  • Become knowledgeable about the company, products, and services and how we help drive client success.
  • Understand the industry while developing a handle on the competitive landscape
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts throughout your territory
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including close date, stage, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce and utilize Salesloft for prospecting.
  • Work in a team structure that consists of other sellers, sales engineers, sales enablement, and marketing teammates

 

What you’ll need: 

  • At least 10 years of software selling experience; SaaS experience preferred
  • Outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience selling to director/VP-level leaders and above
  • Track record of success selling into larger organizations
  • Technically savvy; thorough understanding of a related technology with ability to conduct software demos as necessary
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles including strategic selling methodologies and multi-threaded sales
  • Direct experience in live entertainment ticketing and/or e-commerce a plus

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:

  • Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
  • Meet More of the Team (30 minutes): Meet more of the team to learn about the team dynamic and expectations.
  • Final Interview (30 minutes): Show off your skills as a stellar seller in a mock call/demo.
