  • Issuing invoices and purchase orders as well as paying consultants, subcontractor,vendor and supplier invoices.
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury.
  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations and assisting withmonthly close processes.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Preparing US corporate and/or individual income tax returns
  • Preparing sales/use tax, property tax, and/or other local tax returns
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
  • Other tasks to be assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Accounting related courses.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience similar to the role.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Preferably with a few years of experience in private or public accounting
  • Preferably with a few years of experience in Financial Reporting in an outsourcing company
