Job description

Do you have excellent Customer Service experience and are fluent in German and English?
Customer Service Consultants are needed based in Namibia.

Part of your focus areas will be:

  • Effective and timely call handling
  • Meets all quality standards
  • Meets business productivity goals
  • Seeks opportunities for continual improvement
  • Flight reservation bookings, re-bookings, and re-routings
  • Offers and processes direct sales options
  • Provides relevant services to customers as per market /services
  • Adheres to all processes, rules, and regulations of service delivery (e.g., Data Protection)
  • Actively offers alternatives and ensures First Call Resolution
  • Seeks full understanding of client and customer requirements
  • Continuously updates product knowledge using reading, training, and coaching
  • Regularly reviews own performance against targets
  • Follows through, with structure, on all tasks given (e.g., e-mail, queue work etc.)
  • Understands and accepts Company Vision, Quality Policy, and Corporate Values
  • Seeks opportunities for growth and development
  • Connects with own and other teams
  • Participates in team meetings and activities


Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent German-speaking individual who can also speak English fluently
  • Eager individuals who would like to work from the comfort of their own homes
  • A grade 12 certificate
  • Namibian citizen, permanent resident, and/or domicile
  • Ground fibre internet, with a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Willingness to do shift work in accordance with Namibian Labour Law
Rotational Shifts - Monday - Sunday 7:30 - 4pm / 5pm - 01:00am / 22h00 - 7am

Benefits
  • N$ 25,000 per month
  • 13th cheque, based on performance
  • Over-time, if necessary
  • Maternity Leave – 4 months (company will cover the balance from Social Security payment)
